H.S.A. Business Meetings are held three times per year in October, January and May according to the schedule on the district calendar.

At the annual Business Meeting in May, the proposed operational budget for the upcoming year is presented, the election of Officers for the upcoming school year and the appointment of Standing Committee Chairpersons occurs. All H.S.A. Supporters and Investors are urged to attend and exercise their right to vote.
