Signup to be a Homeroom Representative for your child’s class (Preschool through 5th grade)
Homeroom Representatives are the classroom parents for each class in the elementary grades. Homeroom Representatives assist the H.S.A. and the teachers with communication to families about important events and help teachers organize classroom activities. For example, the HR Reps will share information about the HSA at Back to School Night, help with class collections for winter and end of year staff gifts, help the teacher with class parties, possibly organize class donations (such as a tricky basket).
If you think this opportunity would be a good fit for you, please volunteer! Often, two parents split up the work between communication and classroom activities.
- A lottery will be used for those classes that have more than two parents volunteer to be Homeroom Representatives.
- Homeroom Representatives will be announced by the end of August
- If you are selected as an HR Rep, we will have an introductory meeting the first week of school.
- Any questions, please reach out to your school VPs or readingtonschoolshsa@gmail.com
Please fill in form for each child.
Collecting entries until: Sunday August 17th. Click here to sign up.
